ByeByeFast

eBay listing description template, filled in from your photos

A blank eBay description template still leaves you doing the writing. ByeByeFast drafts it for you: upload photos of your used item, add a few facts, and get an 80-character title, a description, condition notes and item specifics you can paste into eBay. It is free and needs no account.

What a good eBay listing needs

  • A title of up to 80 characters. eBay recommends using as much of that space as you can: brand, model or type, size, color and model number, with no filler words.
  • Item specifics. Brand, model, size, color, material and type feed eBay's search filters, so fill them in even when the title already says it.
  • The right condition setting plus plain condition notes. Pick the closest condition in the form, then say exactly what is worn, scuffed, missing or repaired.
  • A description that covers what the photos cannot: measurements, what is included, how it was used, and anything that does not work.
  • Shipping details that match the item: package size and weight for calculated shipping, and handling time.
  • Clear photos of the whole item, labels or model numbers, and every flaw you mention in the text.

Tips for a eBay listing

  1. Put the words a buyer would type first: brand and model before adjectives.
  2. Use the full title length, but never pad it with words like L@@K, rare or wow.
  3. Copy the model or style number from the label into both the title and item specifics.
  4. Name each flaw and say which photo shows it. Specific condition notes prevent returns.
  5. Keep the description short and scannable. Item specifics carry the structured data.
  6. Check the suggested price range against eBay sold listings before you set your price.
  7. Read the draft once before posting. The AI can misread a label, so fix anything that is wrong.

FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. There is no account and nothing to sign up for. You can create up to 5 AI drafts per day. If the daily limit is reached, or the AI call fails, you still get a template built from the details you typed, and the page tells you the draft is a template so you know the photos were not analyzed.

Is my photo stored?

We checked our code for this. Your photos stay in your browser while you sort them. When you ask for an AI draft, your browser shrinks up to 4 photos into small JPEG copies and sends them, with the details you typed, to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the draft. ByeByeFast does not save those photos: the request is not written to a database or file storage, and our logs record counts and outcomes, not photos or text. Template drafts are built in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Is this an eBay description template or a generator?

Both. The output follows a consistent template (title, condition, description, item specifics), but it is filled in from your photos and the details you type, so you are not starting from a blank form.

Does it write HTML for eBay?

No. It writes plain text that you paste into the eBay description box. Plain text displays well on mobile and you can format it in eBay's editor if you want.

What do I need to type?

Add photos of the item, then type a short name, the condition, any flaws, and your asking price. Those facts keep the draft accurate. The AI reads the photos for details like color, materials and visible wear, and you edit the result before you post.

Does ByeByeFast post to eBay for me?

No. You copy each field and post the listing yourself, so you stay in control of price, shipping and returns.
